The studio is in it’s 2nd year of operation, constantly designing new prints, small run publications, stationary products and objects made to surprise and delight.

Always Friends © is committed to producing original, interesting and intentional products that are genuinely well crafted, beautifully presented, and bring value to the end user. We simply don’t make things we don’t love and aren’t willing to back.
Products & ordering

We offer low MOQs for all our original products and products designed by Ruby PH. For some items we are also able to produce full runs for a further discounted wholesale price.

Our minimum order quantity for any item is 10 units. Since a lot of our products are small run, we don’t require a minimum spend.
1 unit in your wholesale cart is equivalent to 10 units of product.
We can also produce full runs of selected products, see details in the wholesale product listing.

Our made to order items are products that we can produce scalable quantities of rapidly, direct from manufacturer. For items such as greeting cards, we only order what we need for our own stock levels and can produce a run of as many units as you like whenever you’re ready. You’ll see the [M2O] code in the product title.

Some products will be available for pre-order with the estimated ship date and pre-order code [PRE] marked in the product title. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your order will be shipped in full when the pre-ordered items become available. Occasionally certain products may be limited or out of stock, so we may choose to either refund or back order your product. Once items are back in stock, we will ship them out as soon as they arrive at no additional freight cost. If you have any questions about available stock before you make a wholesale purchase, feel free to chat to us via email hello@alwaysfriends.shop

While we stock other artists through our own store, we can’t offer wholesale for those items.
We encourage you to get in touch with any artist you see featured on our website and stock work you love directly through them!

We’re happy to discuss a new run or custom colourway for a certain product. Some items are manufactured overseas so may take up to 12 weeks to be produced.
Stockist policy

All Always Friends © products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets and packs may not be broken up and sold as individual products. Failure to comply may result in account termination.
Please let us know if you have any questions regarding our packaging. We’re happy to discuss custom visual merchandising and display stands if you have a specific store requirement.

If you are selling Always Friends © products online, credit must be given to Always Friends © and the product designer in the listing description.
You can use the item description on our website as a base for your online listings.

We kindly ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour window, cancellations or reductions may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please let us know within five days of delivery. We’ll be happy to arrange an exchange or provide store credit.
Please note that packages that are refused at delivery will incur shipping, handling, and any additional carrier charges.
At this time, we’re unable to accept returns on unsold merchandise. Any approved returns must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

We make every effort to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock and that pricing is accurate and up to date. Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and receipt of payment authorization. Please note that payment must be fully cleared in our account before wholesale orders are shipped.
If an item you’ve ordered is temporarily out of stock or we’re unable to fulfill your order as placed, we’ll notify you as soon as possible with an updated turnaround time. When appropriate, we’re happy to offer a suitable alternative or provide a full refund.
As a small studio, occasional stock discrepancies may occur. We truly appreciate your understanding if a specific product or colorway becomes unavailable.
